We are pleased to announce the launch of the Christmas Tree Festival 2009 at St Mary’s Church Mucklestone.
We are inviting local businesses, organisations, schools, clubs and societies to sponsor and decorate a Christmas tree as creatively or imaginatively as possible, with themes that reflect either Christmas, your own organisation, or both!
The festival takes place at 10.30am on Saturday 12th December St Mary’s
Church Mucklestone, when Rector Jonathan Eades will conduct a short service
and local celebrity Nick Hancock will judge ‘the best dressed tree’.
As all the trees will be on display in the church over the Christmas period,
the rest of the community will be able to see the fruits of your labour.

An online directory of activities for young people in Staffordshire
The YouFind.me.uk website, an online directory of activities for young
people in Staffordshire, is to be launched during the Speak Out Conference
at the County Showground on November 19th 2009. The launch will be followed
by a number of Road Shows across the County in town centres and schools
to raise young people's awareness of www.YouFind.me.uk
Promotional Opportunities for your club or organisation
YouFind.me.uk offers clubs and activity providers an opportunity to:
• Promote events and activities, free of charge, to 1000’s
of young people across the County.
• Recruit new members
• Report on successes
