BLOOMIN'ASHLEY - FUND RAISING AUCTION - THURSDAY 22ND APRIL - AT THE PEEL ARMS
8.30PM

The auction is being held to raise funds to pay for plants and planters in readiness for the 2010 summer planting schemes.

DONATIONS

If you have any new or nearly new items, a bottle or a promise that you wish to donate to the auction – you can leave these at

8 St Johns Road, Ashley or phone Roger or Candy on

01630 673390 to arrange pick up.

Alternatively items can be left at The Peel Arms a few days or on the night prior to the Auction.

SPONSORSHIP

Following the success of last year’s auction – at the end of the evening we offered an opportunity to individuals to sponsor a planter (half oak barrel) at the value of £30 per planter. This is a one-off payment and covers the cost of the planter, the compost, the plants and a commemorative plaque for the life of the barrel. We will repeat this exercise following this year’s auction.

LITTER-PICK

The first litter-pick for 2010 will take place Saturday 24th April – we meet at 10am at the Ashley Clinic Car Park based on previous picks – this generally lasts for 1 to 2 hours – after which we reassemble back at the clinic.

Puppy Classes, Pet Dog Training and Fun Agility starting in April

I am restarting dog training classes in April – Puppy Classes, Pet Dog Training and Fun Agility. The class sizes are small – only six dogs per class so there are only limited spaces, but I had a lot of interest from people who had seen the information on your website last year, so was hopeful I could let people know that classes are due to start again!!

Many thanks
